Spring / Summer Registration

Important Information:

All U9-U18 players must participate in Assessments. These will take place in February 22, 23, 29 and March 1 in the Gloucester Dome at the Hornets Nest.

The Junior's U5-U8 categories are not "assessed" but are welcome to participate in the scheduled "open sessions" to meet the coaches and participate in small-sided games.

OGHS has also included Goalkeeper assessments, starting this year. GKs are encouraged to attend both the GK and their team age category sessions.

Assessments daily schedule will be published in our website's home page as well as under our Assessment page.

Important: It is vital to read all assessment polices and procedure as it will provide vital information on such things as "check in" process on try-out days, refund policies of registrations as well as other details. 

U9 to U18 Spring schedule will be posted online once assessments have been completed and teams are formed. Schedules will be posted on our website's home page and emailed to team coaching staff, including Team Managers.  Outdoor summer practice schedules will be posted in April.

What additional costs can I expect?

In addition to the Club Registration fee, each player must purchase a Hornets game uniform kit at the cost of approx. of $80, and mandatory soccer equipment such as cleats, shin guards, and a water bottle. The game uniform can be purchased directly through Houle Sports (the Hornets official supplier) ; however, we recommend to buy the uniform through your Team Manager.

Team fees are agreed upon in consultation with your Team Manager. This includes, but is not limited to: coaching fees, equipment, tournament costs, and costs associated with mandatory gym and/or dome sessions during Spring training.

Fundraising events and campaigns are encouraged and should be considered an important way to offset team fee costs.

Financial Assistance

If you need financial assistance, please choose any of the following organizations:  KidsportSport AssistAthletics for kids  or Jumpstart. Players that are applying for assistance through any of the previous organizations require a confirmation from the organization that the application has been approved to obtain a discount in their registration. You don't have to receive your assistance before your child will be placed.
